Paul Scott Massie started It's Green Up North in early 2011 after working for several respected gardening firms in Newcastle and a stately home in Northumberland.

Since then he has landscaped, maintained and planted gardens both big and small within the northeast.
Over the years he has collected many regular customers who he visits on a fortnightly or sometimes weekly basis to provide general garden maintenance and year-round plant care. These regular visits allow the observation of the garden over the season so that plants can be added, trained or moved as necessary to get the best look.
Throughout the year there are one-off tidy-ups, landscaping projects, topiary work, hanging baskets to be made and vegetable gardens to be looked after.
