Below is a selection of before and after photographs from recent landscaping and renovation projects.
Renovating an existing garden by laying recycled composite decking, planting with a colourful selection of herbaceous perennials and adding an insulated pizza oven and grill in brick that matches the other structures. This outdoor space was completed just in time to be enjoyed over a long, hot summer.
A back garden that only boasted weeds and concrete flagstones had a face lift with this multilevel deck, lawn and stepping stones. The weather stayed good throughout the job and the work was completed within 2 weeks.
A glut of weeds, a broken fence and no solid paving were the initial challenges of this landscaping project. We installed a new fence with a raised deck that matched the height of the door opening, an arbour and new paving throughout. The final effect was made even more interesting by the addition of Victorian spindles that were bought and repainted by the customer before being installed.
Old paving and an even older shed were skipped so that a new lawn could be laid, the beds reduced with wooden edging and a base for a new shed installed at the back.
After having an extension built, this small backyard was just a mass of rubble. We installed paving and recycled sleeper beds which were later planted. The deck provided a seating area with storage under the bench, and astroturf was laid so that the children could play outside throughout the year.
